I'm about to start building a shop. I know I won't be building much of it in the winter, working and trapping too. And summer time for me is just about unbearable.. It should be against the law, OSHA regs and state builders code regs to put a piece of equipment in the attic.. It's way too hot(160+ w/ poor ventilation) and everybody has to worry about water leaks damaging Sheetrock, wood floors, furniture etc.. And you cant fire protect HVAC equipment properly. It's fire code that hvac systems have to be on a firerocked platform, and the walls in an HVAC closet has to have firerocked walls and a barrier around the plenum to prevent flames from going into the attic(just in case)... But in the attic, it just has to be layed on top of a 4x8 sheet of plywood and firerock!? Lol wiping their butts with their watch.. Waste of time.. Nice place you have there Tony.

I am going to have to take a video tour for yall to see what all I have done. I have totally closed the front in extended the roof over 12 feet in front of the fur shed and wrapped the fur shed in new tin to make it more slightly. I will try to put together a video tour when I am done. Right now I am still wide open.
