Billy, nothing but work goes on in here. I am lucky to have a radio in the meat processing room. Below see my salt table. Attachments:

I put two sliding doors in. One is 60" this one is 36". The small hole you see is the opening for venting my cooler compressor. I have to figure out some type of louver or screen for this hole. The cooler is now closed off on three walls and the unit is already running less which will save some $ on the electric bill. Billy I am using 26ga Medlin's tin. I pick it up in Magnolia Arkansas. It is pressed in Smackover Arkansas and delivered to their yard in Magnolia. Thank God for Todd H. He is the best Ace Hardware man in the WORLD and can fix anything over the phone or tell you how to build it right the first time. All over the phone. I just a dumb red neck. He tells me right the first time, it just takes me three try's to understand how he said do it. Attachments:

It is not air tight, yet! I may being going back and trimming it all out to close of the top total from the outside world. Funny how this this thing has grown from a 12x12 fur shed with 8 wide slab on two sides to the 16' foot tall monster with picking hook and over head crane, drainage, separator system, lift station, sealed meat processor and lights! No heat, No A/C. But it is my creation and I have enjoyed every minute of building it.
My youngest son took some wood working classes this year in high school shop. He came out and helped me put the back wall on. I gave him a tape and a skill saw and had him cut all the lumber for it. That was awesome right there and he did a good job.
