By Variety AVERAGE GREY FOX all Grey's bought back. LYNX CAT 13.50 Sold one for 22 and 2 for 15 each and one for 4 bucks. They were some left overs and I was happy with that price for those cats. OTTER 36.29 RACCOON 11.30 RED FOX 25.00 WILD MINK 16.00 The Grey buy back is killing me right now. I could have moved them back in April for at least 12-14, but now I am holding on my fur waiting to see if they go pvt treaty.

Castor sold for 2.67 avg. I also talked to NAFA agent in WI yesterday and he told me that the grey fox will most likely be held to later sale as there was no interest in them. Looks like the grey fox population is going up here in north La next year.

Tony did you average $16 on your mink ? Yep, I had one mink I shipped and he avg $16 for that one mink. Funny thing is I took that one mink with a 205/70R 16 trap too. Nose kill. What is killing me is the poor grade on my castors. I may have messed up the way I shipped them. I had 83 oz go ord and 3 oz go shell.

Averaged 9.29 on beavs with only about 60% selling. Sold 5 of 12 fresh coon for a 13.20 average. Sold a couple hundred locally. Still had 50 coon from the last sale leftover. Only 2 of them sold. Sure hope they find a market for the centrals soon or all of mine next year will go local again. Averaged 5.21 for the 44 rats I had up there. Averaged 2.83 for my grinners! Castor was a disappointment. Had 392 oz. and all but 3 oz went for ordinary. I had some real good stuff that should have graded a lot better than that. Averaged 2.65 an oz.
