I took my youngest son Michael hunting this morning. I didn't even carry a rifle. Where we were sitting I told him I always saw deer cross between 7 and 7:30. At 7:05 he killed a spike. I don't have the big head or anything but I sure was proud of him. His own rifle, no coaching, perfect shot. Ok, my head is swollen just a little. I do hope that he will get into it a little more than he did last year. That way I can sit in the truck napping and wait for a shoot. Attachments:

Congrats! I remember when my son killed his first deer and I can't lie, I had a swollen head! Hope yall bloodied him up some... Now he's hooked for life!

Alsome pic. Thats what I did with my son. Show him and let him do it himself! That way, he CAN say he did it himself. And he learns more that way. That is alsome!

Congrats to your son, should be some great eating. Couldn't get my four girls into hunting but they loved to fish.
