I have about a dozen traps I've picked up here and there they still function ok. I was looking to clean em up a bit before modifying. I have acces to a vat of Costic acid up the road at a mechanic shop which would take rust off but all the oil out the steel as well. Is there a less toxic substance or method y'all use for cleaning?
